The Diocese operates through 3 Boards whose members are appointed by the Standing Committee of Synod for a term of two years.
This board shall be responsible for all administrative and financial affairs of the Diocese. It advises, supervises, sets policies, administers finances, prepares annual budgets, and arranges for annual audits of diocesan finances.
This board aims to encourage and strengthen the proclamation of the historical, Biblical Christ as Savior and Lord throughout the Diocese, persuading people to come to Him personally to be reconciled to God and facilitating their growth to spiritual maturity.
This Board aims to coordinate the development work and outreach activities of the Parishes and local churches of the Diocese, overseeing education, health, social welfare, and community transformation initiatives.
