Payment Processing

We use secure third-party payment processors:

• M-Pesa: For mobile money donations (processed by Safaricom)
• Stripe: For international card payments

By making a donation, you agree to the terms and conditions of these payment providers. We do not store your credit card or M-Pesa PIN information.

Receipts

We provide digital receipts via email and SMS for all donations. These receipts serve as documentation for your records and tax purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on our Site and App, including but not limited to text, images, logos, sermons, videos, and software, is owned by ACK Kitale or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Access and use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Download sermons and resources for personal spiritual growth
• Share our content with proper attribution

User-Generated Content

By submitting content (prayer requests, testimonies, comments), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for our ministry purposes.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using our services, you consent to our collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
